This two-day class covers the more advanced features of Acrobat. Please note that most of these features are only available in the Professional version of Acrobat, and that LiveCycle Designer is only available on the Windows platform.

Using Acrobat in the Document Review Cycle
use the commenting tools for online mark-up in a paperless editing workflow, initiate a shared review, live collaboration and host an online meeting with Adobe Connect

Working with Forms in Acrobat
define forms fields in Acrobat, form tracking, collect and compile form data, validate and calculate form data

Creating Multimedia Presentations
learn how to add video, Flash animations, sound clips, and navigational buttons to your PDF files, plus control transitions and presentation timing using Full Screen mode

Using the Legal Features
apply Bates numbering and redaction

Using the Engineering and Technical Features
see how layers, measuring tools and the cloud tool can make things easier for Architects and Engineers

Using Acrobat in Professional Publishing
learn how to mange the preflight rules to prepare your files for commercial printing

Working with 3D in PDF Files
explore the Acrobat 3D toolbar, manipulate a 3D model and Model Tree, convert a 3D design file to a 3D PDF and export dimensioning and tolerance information
