In addition to providing an online option for all of our public and private training classes (no flying or driving required), you have the option to have a paperback copy of your course materials shipped to you, or to download an electronic version of the workbooks. You can choose between the PDF version or the ePub version of a book (compatible with almost all devices). 
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel more than 10 business days before your class, your tuition will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel fewer than 10 business days before your class or fail to show up for the class, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation Due to Illness: If you cancel your class due to illness less than 10 business days before your class, you will be enrolled into the next scheduled class. You may exercise this option one time.
Note: If your instructor cannot access the virtual meeting space due to Internet connectivity problems, your class may be cancelled. In that case, you will be enrolled into the next scheduled class.
